THE ROLE


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Division. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be part of a high-performing Finance Team that is supportive, agile and has established processes and deadlines. This position is based at our CBD head office on a part time permanent basis.

This role will encompass:


  • Processing end to end Accounts Payable function
  • Managing Accounts Payable email inbox
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve accounts payable queries
  • Preparing suppliers/ vendors statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring compliance with the Company’s internal controls, policies and procedures

You will be able to demonstrate:


  • Solid experience in Accounts Payable role
  • Experience using Pronto; highly desirable
  • Experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and numeracy accuracy
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
