We're seeking a Corporate Account Manager, based in Brisbane, to lead and expand our strategic partnerships across key public and private hospital groups and distributor networks nationally. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, values-led business and work closely with C-suite stakeholders to drive commercial success and better healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic corporate agreements across national healthcare groups and distributors
  • Develop and execute tactical account strategies aligned with business growth goals
  • Influence internal stakeholders and provide market insight to shape Olympus’ national sales and marketing strategy
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead high-impact tender submissions, business reviews, and contract negotiations

What We Are Looking For

You will consider yourself to be a commercially savvy, strategic thinker and confident relationship builder, with:

  • 5 + years’ experience in account management or strategic sales, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
  • A strong grasp of Australia and New Zealand’s public and private health systems, and the ability to influence decision-makers across both
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders, internal teams, and distributor partners
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with tender submissions, pricing strategies, and managing complex corporate or channel agreements
