We have an opportunity for aReporting Analystto join our Finance team. Reporting to our Senior Business Analyst, this role supports all lines of business with operational and compliance reporting.

  • Full-time, permanent role based in our new West Perth office.
  • Flexible working arrangements available, including the opportunity to work from home. We work a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and streamline compliance and mandatory reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, utilising BI and other solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the consistency and reliability of data across all reporting platforms.
  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

About You

You have an inquisitive mindset and enjoy playing with data, thinking outside the box and providing solutions. You get great satisfaction from using your tech skills to support your organisation with actionable insights from complex datasets.

You will also bring:

  • Strong skills across the Microsoft application suite including advanced Excel capability. Proficient in SQL, SSMS, PowerBI, and other visualisation tools.
  • Agile mindset capable of accurately collecting, organising, analysing, and sharing detailed information from various sources.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting complex data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
  • Willing to obtain necessary vaccinations and current National Police Clearance
  • Experience in aged care or the health industry is highly regarded but not essential.
