Roles & Responsibilities
Panel Beaters:
- Repair, replace, and align damaged vehicle panels
- Perform dent removal, welding, and chassis alignment
- Disassemble and reassemble panels, trims, and related components
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and match paints to original manufacturer specifications
- Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and finishing coats
- Maintain spray booth and painting equipment
- Reassemble vehicles following documented procedures
- Conduct safety and functionality checks post-assembly
- Support workshop operations with general duties
- Clean and polish vehicles to standard before delivery
- Relevant trade experience in automotive repair or panel beating
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Dedication to safety and professional standards
