World Vision Australia is seeking a dynamic Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Manager to lead multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive impactful fundraising campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the organisation's mission.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy – Oversee ATL, TTL, and BTL marketing efforts across digital, social media, PR, events, email, and direct mail, including flagship campaigns like the 40-Hour Famine.
  • Data-Driven Optimization – Use analytics to refine marketing initiatives and maximize engagement.
  • Brand Consistency – Ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Agency & Vendor Management – Lead relationships with agencies and fulfillment partners.
  • Experiential Activations – Drive retail activations to enhance customer engagement.


Ideal Candidate:


A strategic and creative marketing leader with strong project management skills, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • 8+ years in marketing (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of media buying landscapes and digital channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for social impact and community-driven initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
