About The Role

The Sales Excellence Manager plays a key role in optimizing sales strategies, processes, tools, and performance across the business. This is a high-impact role, driving commercial effectiveness and empowering sales leaders with the insights, capabilities, and systems needed to succeed.

In This Role You Will

  • Design and drive sales strategy: Shape and support annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.
  • Enable sales leadership: Partner closely with Sales GMs and Managers to coach, uplift performance, and build accountability frameworks.
  • Lead performance tracking: Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor success, identify gaps, and implement interventions.
  • Optimize systems and tools: Champion CRM adoption and continuous improvement of sales technologies and tools.
  • Embed best practices: Standardize and roll out effective processes, behaviors, and training across all regions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Align with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Strong commercial acumen with a background in sales or sales operations. Flexible on industry background
  • Proven leadership experience coaching or influencing sales teams and leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, KPIs, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Technical capability in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Change management expertise—able to drive transformation and win buy-in across the business.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially with long-tenured senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).

Bonus: Experience from other industries or fast-paced commercial environments.
