SUMMARY: The Back Food Server supports the Food Servers in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. This role is responsible for table-side bread and coffee service, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring smooth coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations in a refined setting.

- Assist Food Servers by providing timely support with food delivery, beverage refills, and guest requests.
- Perform table-side service for bread and butter presentation, refills, and coffee/tea service following fine dining standards.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently between courses and after guest departure.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and side stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless food timing and presentation.
- Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Polish silverware, glassware, and china to meet restaurant presentation standards.
- Assist in preparing condiments, plate garnishes, and service trays as needed.
- Keep side stations clean, stocked, and organized, including silverware, glassware, napkins, and coffee supplies.
- Support the host team with water service and greeting guests when necessary.
- Relay guest requests and dietary concerns to Food Servers and kitchen staff when needed.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations as required by company and regulatory standards.
- Uphold confidentiality of guests and company information.
- Attend pre-shift briefings and participate in ongoing service training sessions as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and service etiquette.
- Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Must possess the ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
