Hunter Valley, NSW (DIDO)
We’re seeking a Maintenance Planner with with CHPP or fixed plant experience to support a key mining operation in the Hunter Valley region, located within 1 hour of Muswellbrook. This is a 3–4 month contract, suited to a local or DIDO-based candidate (no camp or FIFO available).
In this planner/scheduler style role, you’ll manage weekly planning and scheduling of work orders using Pulse, coordinating with supervisors, trades, and supply teams to ensure labour and materials align with the schedule.

- Coordinate availability of labour, materials, and plant access
- Collaborate with maintenance, stores, and operational teams
- Monitor plan progress and adjust for emergent work
- Communicate scheduling priorities to supervisors and trades
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler
- Experience planning CHPP or fixed plant maintenance
- Familiarity with Pulse CMMS preferred
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Experience working in a mining or heavy industrial environment
- Local to the Hunter Valley region or DIDO within 1 hour of Muswellbrook
- Must have the right to work in Australia
