About The Opportunity
Our Gold Coast Helensvale showroom has an immediate opportunity for an ambitious consultative sales person to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for any visitors with Shower Screen and Wardrobe product enquiries, offering assistance and providing product advice to potential and existing customers from builders, trades and residential customers. Confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport with anyone who walks into our showroom, you will be at ease in your consultative approach to developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities Include
Ideally we’re looking for someone who has experience selling showerscreen or wardrobe products. At a minimum selling products in a customer-facing role. You must enjoy interacting with customers to understand their needs and present them with solutions, and have the self confidence and maturity to build working relationships.

Responsibilities Include
- Servicing showroom walk-ins, phone sales enquiries and web enquiries
- Plan take offs, estimating and preparing quotations
- Processing customer orders
- Delivering to sales targets including cold calling to securing new customers
- Updating leads in Salesforce
- Related sales administration
- After sales service administration
- contacting customers after job completion
- manage warranty enquiries
- spare part orders

- previous exposure or ability to quickly gain competency Salesforce
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
- desire and ability to develop product, industry and standards knowledge
- ability to commit to a full-time role Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm
