The Role
We’re looking for an organised, data-driven and collaborative Campaign Specialist to deliver compelling retail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, foot traffic and sales across our store network.
Reporting to the Group Head of Loyalty, this role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of national and local campaigns, primarily via EDM and SMS and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all retail touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Digital, Merchandising, Analytics, and Store Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our omnichannel retail presence.

The Role
We’re looking for an organised, data-driven and collaborative Campaign Specialist to deliver compelling retail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, foot traffic and sales across our store network.
Reporting to the Group Head of Loyalty, this role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of national and local campaigns, primarily via EDM and SMS and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all retail touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Digital, Merchandising, Analytics, and Store Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our omnichannel retail presence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and delivery of campaigns aligned to the Total Tools Insider loyalty program, focusing on customer journeys, retention, and cross-shopping strategies
- Plan and implement general marketing campaigns to support promotions, product launches, and brand awareness
- Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, approvals and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with store teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure campaign execution across all channels—print, digital, in-store and online
- Manage the production and distribution of campaign materials, including POS and local area marketing assets
- Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Phocas), drawing insights from loyalty data, sales metrics, and web analytics
- Provide post-campaign analysis and actionable recommendations for improvement
- Manage and support 1 FTE remotely based in Manila, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
- Maintain accurate campaign budget records and process invoices as required
- Stay up to date with retail marketing trends and use this knowledge to influence future campaign planning
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in campaign execution or retail marketing, ideally in a multi-location retail business
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
- Proficiency in campaign tools and platforms such as Emarsys, Salesforce, Braze or similar
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer journey frameworks
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Phocas), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with localised marketing execution and print production processes
- Experience working within retail hardware or consumer goods industries highly regarded
- Team management experience (remote or in-person) desirable
- Basic creative briefing or design capability will be considered a plus
