We are currently seeking a reliable & motivated 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join our team on a full-time basis.
About The Role
- As an apprentice gardener, you will work in teams of two to four, under the supervision of our highly experienced and qualified senior gardeners.
- In our supportive team environment, you will be mentored and trained by our senior Horticulturists, who rotate between our apprentice gardeners so you gain a broad set of experience.
- Evenings and weekends free. Our typical working hours are between 7am and 3pm, Monday through Friday.
- You will be able to fully focus on delivering a quality service to our clients - our full time office support team will provide you with a clear scope of work, scheduling, customer communication, material supplies and all other administrative help needed.
- Currently enrolled or willing to enrol in Certificate III: Parks and Gardens apprenticeship program.
- Excited to learn from our team of experienced Horticulturists.
- Able to perform physical work daily, including using a full range of gardening tools.
- Value attention to detail and working in teams.
- A current valid Australian driver's licence.
