About The Role
We're on the lookout for a Junior DevOps Engineer who’s passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their career in a collaborative, high-performing environment. You’ll support the operations and delivery of platforms including Sentral, Storman, and ClassCreator, working alongside experienced engineers as you build and automate infrastructure that supports thousands of users.

About The Role

You’ll support the operations and delivery of platforms including Sentral, Storman, and ClassCreator, working alongside experienced engineers as you build and automate infrastructure that supports thousands of users.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications and infrastructure.
- Learn and implement best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and system monitoring.
- Assist in managing cloud and on-prem resources across platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- Handle Tier 2 support escalations from the Customer Service team, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to system documentation, process improvement, and environment provisioning tasks.
- Help migrate customers from legacy platforms to new enterprise-grade environments.
- Execute scripts for provisioning, decommissioning, and data migration.
- Perform tasks such as SSL certificate management and disk resizing in cloud servers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations to improve reliability and efficiency.

You are:
- A recent graduate (or final year student) in a relevant IT, Computer Science, or Engineering degree;
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
- Logical problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure;
- Confident in your troubleshooting ability and persistence to get to the root cause of issues;
- Strong communicator, team player, and someone who values good documentation;
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, file management, basic configuration, and MySQL;
- Some exposure to scripting languages like Shell, Python, Perl, or Node.js;
- An interest in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP—with a desire to master them;
- Ability to structure your work and follow through with planned tasks.

- The salary range for this role is $90, 0000 – 100, 000 base + superannuation
