- Based in our Warracknabeal or Horsham Branches, providing support to Rainbow, Edenhope & Nhill when required
- Casual Leave & Relief position - It is essential that you can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering unplanned and planned leave *mileage paid.

In this role, you will:
- Support our Warracknabeal, Horsham, Rainbow, Edenhope & Nhill branches by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way
- Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development
- A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile
- An ability to work collaboratively as a team, self-motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience
- A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately

Join our team in a casual setting with the following hours on offer. Candidates must be available to work 1-3 days per week between the hours of 9:00am – 2pm, Monday to Friday.
The first 8 weeks of the role will require full time availability from 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday for training and onboarding
