We currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor/ MC Driver to join our team. This dual-role position involves both hands-on driving and frontline Supervision.

We currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor/ MC Driver to join our team. This dual-role position involves both hands-on driving and frontline Supervision.
About The Role
- Supervise a small crew of Drivers, Operators, and Mechanics during the Project Manager’s R&R
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely across Haulage activities
- Operate MC Road Trans on mine site haul roads in accordance with safety and production standards
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and management to meet project targets
- Assist in maintain a positive, safety-focused team environment
- Current MC Licence
- Triple or Quad Road Train
- Side Tipper (desired)
- Road Ranger gearbox
- Supervising a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Full Time – Fixed Task Contract
- Rotating 2:1 Roster – including days and nights
- Location – NT
- Travel – Flights from any major city included
- 5 weeks annual leave
