Function:
Sales / Customer Service
- Responsible for achieving Sales & Margin targets in territories.
- Pinpoint reasons for plan deviations and develop and execute effective counter measures.
- Achieve pre-defined Activity KPIs.
- Monitor customer sales data and implement corrective measures where needed.
- Responsible for deployment of company’s Distributor Management Program & Key Account Plans in designated territories.
- Engage with Distributor sales teams to conduct Joint Field Work on key prospects.
- Identify Key Customer training needs including product Features and Benefits & selling tesa value.
- Actively manages the CRM project pipeline to meet or exceed new business development KPIs
- Drives and monitors the execution of pricing guidelines and price increases in designated territory.
- Assist in the execution of the company’s marketing strategies and programs to meet the organizations short and long-term business objectives.
- Responsible for successful execution of new product launches in territory.
- Other sales and marketing activities, projects may be required by the company from time to time.
- Intrastate, interstate and international travel may be required from time to time.
Educational level & Certifications
- Degree (Bachelor) in a business-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Experience and Skills
- 3 years + industry experience in B2B Industrial Sales
- Proven track record in revenue generation and new business development
- Proven track record in execution of Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining trust and strong working relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Able to work well as a member of a cross-functional team and have the ability to handle additional responsibilities and requests on the fly.
- Excellent customer engagement & relationship building skills
