The Role:
We are currently looking for a Billing Assistant to provide support to our Resolutions, Recoveries & Disputes team in our Sydney office. You will be a confident individual who is process driven, with excellent communication skills and be able to provide both accurate and timely support to the Principals and team with their billing functions. You will work within an established and dedicated billing team, reporting to the Billing Team Leader.

The role of the billing team is to:
- Generate, review, edit and send invoices to the team's clients, in line with the service level arrangements and invoicing cycles
- Attend to invoice and billing queries from the national team
- Arrange appropriate paper work and approvals to accurately allocate trust monies and disbursements
- Good knowledge of excel;
- The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities at once;
- Good time management and organisational skills;
- Strong attention to detail and a consistency with double checking work;
- Confidence to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders;
- To be able to follow strict billing cycle deadlines;
