The Opportunity
Reporting to the People Analytics & Rewards Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and governance of Aveo’s rewards and equity strategies. You will be responsible for administering reward programs, supporting remuneration reviews and enabling pay equity and compliance reporting. Through data-drive insights, stakeholder collaboration and strong focus on fairness and transparency, you will help to ensure Aveo’s people practices are competitive, inclusive and aligned to organisational goals.

You will
- Support the delivery of the annual remuneration and performance review process including data preparation, data validation, maintaining review trackers, communication coordination, liaising with PA&RM and HRBP on queries, and assisting in calibration.
- Maintain the job evaluation framework as part of BAU, including completing job grading for new and change roles, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with the internal grade structure.
- Conduct internal pay mapping exercises to monitor structure integrity and support identify role overlaps, compression risks or grade inconsistencies across the whole workforce.
- Administer the incentive schemes, including eligibility tracking, data preparation for calculation, coordination of approvals.
- Support the project of design, review and implementation of Aveo’s remuneration & rewards framework, contributing to pay positioning and salary banding and data preparation.
- Maintain the DEI reports and dashboard on a regular basis and assist in drafting insights and recommendations.
- Assist in embedding DEI principles into remuneration and reward frameworks
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and/or dashboards on pay equity, STI distribution and employee reward trend to support business decisions and compliance.
- Administrate the remuneration and rewards related modules in HRIS (e.g. Dayforce, Chris21) for tracking and reporting and maintaining data integrity.
- Liaise with the System & Compliance team to flag data issues or configuration gaps affecting remuneration tracking and job evaluation or incentive calculations.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant discipline.
- 3+ year experience in remuneration, rewards areas with exposure to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
- Solid understanding of remuneration/bonus review process, job evaluation and pay frameworks.
- Knowledge of total reward (desirable)
- Familiarity with Fair Work Act provisions related to equal remuneration and pay transparency is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. Advanced MS Excel skills, and experience with BI tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with can-do attitude.
- Industry experience in retirement living, aged care, health care or real estate (desirable)
