Your opportunity



Unique opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our high performing team delivering our Harbourside Residences luxury apartment and mixed-use project. Located in Darling Harbour, Harbourside Residences is a 48-storey tower offering exclusive amenity and a sought after waterfront location.



As Project Engineer, you will be based on site, supporting the site team to successfully build our Mirvac development to schedule, cost, and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and HSE at all times. This will involve coordinating and monitoring the activities and efforts of subcontractors and suppliers onsite, support in developing and maintaining construction programmes and schedules, assist in implementing the procurement strategy, preparation, and monitoring of quality assurance procedures, as well as project documentation.



As Project Engineer, you will also be involved in coaching our estimators, site administrators and cadet team members to support in their development, fostering the Mirvac Values.



Your point of difference

· Experience in a similar role, preferably on large medium density building projects within a Main Contractor environment

· Qualification in a relevant field of study is preferred however not essential

· Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment

· Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including our sub-contractors

· Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
