What's on offer?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team at our head office in Richmond on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide essential support within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

  • Provide support to the Executive Assistant (EA), executive team, and the wider office, managing general administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Organise and manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff, ensuring smooth logistics and scheduling.
  • Compile and create presentations and manage credit card and expense reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Book and organise meetings, including arranging catering and setting up rooms, and assist in the planning and execution of events and functions.
  • Handle ad hoc enquiries from around the office and provide relief support at the reception desk when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments, ensuring effective and positive interactions.


How you'll connect to the role?
You should have previous experience in a similar administrative position, which will help you handle daily tasks with confidence and efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is crucial for managing tasks such as data entry, presentation creation, and report generation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to interact positively with the relevant stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. You must possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, while maintaining a proactive approach to work. A keen eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to take initiative and show accountability are key attributes for success in this role.
