Job Description - Project Supervisor (Immediate Start)
A market leader in the Perth apartment fit-out space is seeking a Project Supervisor for an immediate start. This company partners with some of the largest construction companies in Australia and successfully completes hundreds of apartment fit-outs each year. They also work closely with boutique builders and renovation companies, delivering kitchen, bathroom, and joinery projects.
A motor vehicle will be provided as part of this role.
Job Tasks And Responsibilities

This company partners with some of the largest construction companies in Australia and successfully completes hundreds of apartment fit-outs each year. They also work closely with boutique builders and renovation companies, delivering kitchen, bathroom, and joinery projects.
A motor vehicle will be provided as part of this role.
Job Tasks And Responsibilities
- Manage the site and project timeframe from site measure through to final defects.
- Work with the Internal Project Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained on site to complete works within the contracted timeframe.
- Facilitate all site measurements and provide to Drafting for nesting purposes.
- Act as the first point of contact on site to liaise between the Contractor, Internal Project Manager, and Installers.
- Actively supervise and coordinate the Installers to ensure all works are being completed in a timely manner, to a high-quality standard, and in the correct priority order.
- Liaise with the Logistics Team to ensure delivery of work orders to site, considering all site restrictions and requirements.
- Undertake weekly QA inspections of installed joinery and keep accurate records of defects in Jobman Job Alerts.
- Manage Installers to ensure all defects they are responsible for are closed out within the required timeframe of 72 hours.
- Liaise with the Production Team to report all recuts and reworks and actively manage these work orders to completion.
- Report all defects and punch list items in Jobman under Job Alerts and manage these outstanding items to completion.
- Assist with installation of joinery when required.
- Ensure all works undertaken on-site are completed to the highest quality with minimal defects, and that all projects are closed out within the contracted timeframe.
- Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety requirements of the company and the site.
- Qualified Cabinet Maker
- Previous supervision experience
