We’re looking for two skilled Test Analysts to join a major transformation program focused on replacing and enhancing legacy systems. You’ll help shape and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes across complex IT projects.

We’re looking for two skilled Test Analysts to join a major transformation program focused on replacing and enhancing legacy systems. You’ll help shape and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes across complex IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured test plans, processes, and frameworks
- Promote best practices in test governance, automation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with delivery leads and project teams to manage testing risks and issues
- Identify and drive test automation to improve efficiency and coverage
- Track and report test progress, quality metrics, and readiness indicators
- Support Agile team activities including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Share knowledge and contribute to capability uplift within the team
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with operational requirements
- Python scripting and development
- Linux-based systems
- Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible or similar tools)
- Test automation frameworks and methodologies
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Agile delivery frameworks
- Networking protocols (IP-based)
- Cloud platforms including IaaS and PaaS
- Strong experience in similar test analyst roles within technical project environments
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality outcomes within set timelines
- A collaborative approach and adaptability in dynamic teams
- Must attain NV1 security clearance before starting
- Availability to work onsite in Canberra
