About The Role.

Working closely with teams in Melbourne and Sydney, this role blends account management, technical production, and project leadership. You’ll be involved from the earliest creative conversations—advising on feasibility, scope, and cost—through to execution and onsite delivery.

You’ll build strong relationships with major clients, understanding their strategic goals and embedding yourself into their production planning. You’ll represent KOJO as a trusted delivery partner, known for precision, creativity, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production across multiple live, virtual and hybrid events, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
  • Contribute to creative and scoping meetings, providing production expertise and identifying smart, scalable solutions within budget and design constraints.
  • Develop and manage production timelines, technical specifications, CAD drawings, run sheets, and supplier briefs.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage suppliers and technical crew, ensuring optimal outcomes and cost efficiency.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of all production documentation and onsite operations.
  • Implement KOJO’s production systems and processes, including document templates, ClickUp for project management.
  • Drive use of internal resources and equipment to reduce external costs (COS), and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the business.

About You.

  • 7+ years experience in production management within brand experience, live events or experiential agencies.
  • Proven track record managing large scale projects and activations, ideally for global brands.
  • Strong understanding of technical production, fabrication, AV and site operations.
  • Strong project management, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel for projects and work flexible hours around key project dates.
  • Passion for creating memorable brand experiences that connect with audiences.
