About The Role
We are currently seeking a Specialists Project Delivery to support the WA Asset Projects. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are safety focused with a passion for Delivery in Project Operational Readiness. Reporting to the Lead Project Delivery, you will be responsible for providing project management and technical expertise throughout the Execution phase of the Project.

About The Role
We are currently seeking a Specialists Project Delivery to support the WA Asset Projects. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are safety focused with a passion for Delivery in Project Operational Readiness. Reporting to the Lead Project Delivery, you will be responsible for providing project management and technical expertise throughout the Execution phase of the Project.
Key Responsibilities
In addition, you will play a key role by:
- Support the successful delivery of the project in accordance with Our Requirements and Internal Standard
- Management of change process with relevant operational stakeholders
- Engage and manage consultants and contractors where required to perform the project
- Ensure the project Installation verification, Commissioning and Handover processes are followed to the approved quality, and meet schedule and cost targets
- Owns and directs work across multiple work fronts, whilst adhering to the project execution schedule
- Perform QA/QC on machine installations.
- Liaise with the Operations team to enable successful handover of the project
- Directly assist the Delivery Lead with project reporting, management of schedule and cost control
- Follows risk management processes, conducts risk assessments, complies with standards and accurately reports on risk to maximise safety and value across projects at BHP
- An overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibilities
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and working with multiple stakeholders
- You will be a driven operational professional who can develop trusted relationships with stakeholders to influence an outcome
- Experience with Mining Mobile Machinery and Autonomy within Mining is required
- Masters in Project Management or PMP is required
- Understand mining operations
