About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Storeperson to join our growing Griffith team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth — potentially into sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and check incoming stock from suppliers
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
  • Maintain a well-organised and clean warehouse
  • Deliver products to customers using company vehicles
  • Assist with stocktakes, inventory management, and general store duties
  • Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service throughout the day
  • Support internal sales and help maintain smooth daily operations
Required Skills and Attributes
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Keen eye for detail, especially with part numbers and stock
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Car licence essential (manual preferred)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment is a bonus, but not required
