Onboarding & Implementation Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Onboarding and Implementation Manager to support our Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract role with the potential to extend. You’ll lead onboarding for new clients and manage implementation projects for existing ones—ensuring every client gets value from day one.

This role will suit someone with a strong Customer Success or Client delivery background looking to capitalise on their strengths and specialise, or a Project Manager/Coordinator looking for an opportunity to build out their experience in the Project Management space.

Day to day:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and project implementation for clients

• Build strong relationships and act as the key point of contact during onboarding

• Develop clear project plans, timelines and goals aligned with client needs

• Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement

• Monitor project progress, solve issues and manage risks

• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, holding all stakeholders accountable for timelines and success

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and handovers to account managers

The must haves:

• Proven experience in relevant client-facing roles; New Client onboarding, Sales/Customer Success or Project management/delivery

• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills – able to influence and engage across levels

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences

• Tech-savvy – confident using SaaS platforms, CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams

Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000 dependent on experience.
