About the Role:


We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Sales Coordinator (Reporting to the State Operations Manager) to support the Victorian Sales Team. The role is based from our Rowville office.


This is a fast paced and varied role that encompasses Reporting, Admin Support, Office Management, OH&S, Expenditure Support and Event Management.

What your day looks like:


  • Office reporting and management – Field reporting, payroll, general data entry
  • Assisting with the recruitment of SSR, shortlisting candidates, training and organising background checks
  • Support Management with the processing of invoices, tracking monthly expenses and budgets
  • Organising event management and travel
  • Completing OH&S responsibilities, participating in OHS meetings, documenting minutes, reporting and recording incidents
  • Coordination of administrative tasks for a medium size sales team
