About the role

Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking a Carpark Attendant to join our Support Services Team on a casuals basis. In this fast paced and varied environment you will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a Carpark Attendant your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the operation of car park at client site;
  • Ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained;
  • Problem resolution and reporting;
  • Ensuring the car parks are tidy and presentable;
  • Liaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Monitoring and reporting on car park performance
  • Admin skills required to email customers and take phone calls relating to carpark queries

Brisbane Private is a 181 bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 17 operating theatres conveniently located above the Roma Street Parklands. Specialties include neurosurgery, orthopaedics, spinal, plastics, urology, ENT, Rehabilitation and general surgery and delivery of Brisbane’s leading private drug and alcohol programs from Damascus Health Services.

About you

To be successful in your application, you will need to meet the requirements below:

  • Authority to Work in Australia
  • Unrestricted manual driver’s license
  • Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable)
  • Previous council or commercial carpark experience (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate well with customers in person and via telephone
  • Professional presentation
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Flexibility in working a rotating roster including early morning, evenings
