About the Role

This is an initial 6 month contract opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) initiatives. This role involves working across business and technical teams to implement secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.

You will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IDAM-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and security standards. This includes working with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams to deliver solutions that support identity governance, access control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IDAM project delivery from initiation through to completion.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee the integration of identity platforms and tools (e.g., identity governance, access management, privileged access).
• Support the development of role-based access control (RBAC) models.
• Coordinate with IT service management teams to align with request and vulnerability management processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong project management experience, ideally in IT security or identity-related projects.
• Familiarity with identity platforms and tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory).
• Understanding of access control models and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
