- AP Officer: Process and manage supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments
- AR Officer: Manage customer accounts, process payments, and follow up on overdue balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the broader finance team with ad-hoc tasks and financial reporting
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable roles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and with external parties
