About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions. This role is key to ensuring our financial processes are accurate, efficient, and continuously improving. You’ll work closely with internal teams to enhance systems, streamline workflows, and deliver meaningful financial insights that support business decisions.
Responsibilities Include
You are an experienced finance leader with a strong background in finance operations. You are solutions-focused, commercially minded, and thrive in an environment that values both precision and continuous improvement. You’re also highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver meaningful insights to support business performance at every level. Ideally, you will be based out of our Carrum Downs office.

About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions. This role is key to ensuring our financial processes are accurate, efficient, and continuously improving. You’ll work closely with internal teams to enhance systems, streamline workflows, and deliver meaningful financial insights that support business decisions.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading and developing a high-performing finance operations team
- Overseeing timely and accurate AP, AR, and payroll processing
- Driving improvements across finance systems, processes, and integrations
- Partnering with P&C, IT and other business functions to optimise financial workflows
- Supporting commercial decision-making through financial reporting and analysis
- Ensuring timely month-end financial reporting and performance analysis
- Acting as a key contact for finance operations issues and resolutions
You are an experienced finance leader with a strong background in finance operations. You are solutions-focused, commercially minded, and thrive in an environment that values both precision and continuous improvement. You’re also highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver meaningful insights to support business performance at every level. Ideally, you will be based out of our Carrum Downs office.
You Will Also Have
- Proven experience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Expertise in finance systems, reporting tools and advanced Excel
- Previous experience in a regulated or client-focused sector is highly regarded
