Job Description

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting learners – Managing learners per cohort, tracking engagement, and helping them stay on track.
• Providing pastoral care – Welcoming students in their first week, offering guidance, and proactively supporting those falling behind.
• Facilitating learning – Running weekly virtual cohort sessions and answering questions about assessments, academic requirements, and timelines.
• Marking assessments – Providing detailed, timely, and constructive feedback to help learners progress.
• Monitoring progress – Identifying those who need additional support and providing reports to the Delivery Lead on learner outcomes and challenges.

About you

We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings

• A minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in Contact Centres, Business Admin, Project Management, Leadership—or related industries.
• Unit Standard 4098 (Assessment of Learners) or a willingness to complete it.
• Experience in student advising, training, or educational support, with strong feedback and learner engagement capabilities.
• Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cohorts effectively.
• Familiarity with reporting, CRM systems, and LMS platforms.
• A collaborative, empathetic approach to supporting learner growth.
