Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in banking projects, API & Microservices testing, and stakeholder management within large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, and managing end-to-end testing cycles in a modern banking environment. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Execution Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Drive API and Microservices testing using modern automation frameworks. Establish best practices for shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and test automation. Oversee test environment management, including data provisioning and dependencies. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business, engineering, and DevOps teams to align testing goals with transformation program objectives. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery. Provide regular test status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Test Automation & Tooling Lead the adoption of test automation frameworks for API and Microservices testing. Implement best practices for performance, security, and non-functional testing. Utilize tools like Postman, RestAssured, Karate, JMeter, Cypress, or Playwright for automated test execution. Transformation & Continuous Improvement Work within an Agile/DevOps setup to drive quality across the software development lifecycle. Identify gaps in existing test processes and introduce modern testing techniques. Support a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data-driven insights from testing.
