Primary Objective: The Director Talent, Attraction and Recruitment provides expert advice options on how to best attract and recruit teachers and drives the delivery of innovative initiatives to ensure the delivery of quality education to students across the Northern Territory. They will lead a team responsible for the development, implementation and management of all aspects of the department’s attraction, talent and recruitment activities for classroom teachers and principals.
