The opportunity to join our team
As a Senior Business Analyst in our AI team, you’ll be at the centre of turning ambitious ideas into real outcomes. You’ll help shape how AI is used across the business, translating complex concepts into clear priorities, aligning teams, and ensuring what we build delivers real value.
This role is ideal if you enjoy variety, thrive in uncertainty, and want to go beyond the usual BA work. With opportunities to get involved in strategy, change, and agile delivery, you’ll work on high-impact projects and play a key role in how AI is adopted across the organisation.
Key Areas Of Focus Include
- Lead detailed business analysis for AI initiatives, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify, prioritise, and shape AI opportunities with measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and ensure shared understanding of AI solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, managing expectations and bridging gaps between AI capabilities and business needs.
- Support agile delivery of AI projects, monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies, and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to change management efforts that embed AI into business processes and culture.
- Continuously improve business analysis practices, tailoring them to the evolving AI landscape and organisational needs.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analysis skills with business intuition and adaptability someone who can make sense of ambiguity, translate AI opportunities into action, and influence outcomes.
Key areas of experience needed to excel in this role include:
- Agile business analysis experience, with direct exposure to AI or data science projects preferred.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, statistical models, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, prompting, etc.) and ability to explain these to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Looker.
- Strong Jira and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing across levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable managing ambiguity and complexity.
- Highly adaptable and versatile, with a willingness to take on various roles as projects evolve.
- Self-driven, with the autonomy to manage your workload and priorities effectively.
- Experience working in finance or consulting environments is a plus but not essential.
