We are looking for Assistant Trainer who is willing to work with people from all walks of life.
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work, or Training & Assessment
- OR formal tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Youth Work, or other Allied Health
- Certification in training/facilitation or adult learning (desirable)
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops or group training with a Lived Experience focus (essential)
- Lived/living experience of recovery from AOD and/or Mental Health, with a willingness to share (essential)
- Lived/living experience of voice hearing or other sensory experiences (desirable)
- Experience working with voice hearers (desirable)
- Strong understanding of the AOD and Mental Health system
