Reporting to our Service Manager in Emerald, QLD you will serve as the first point of contact with customers to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location.
This is a Permanent Part time role, working 6 hours, 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday (18hours per week).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide frontline customer support, building strong relationships via phone and in-branch interactions
- Coordinate service administration, including job scheduling, work orders, and customer updates
- Manage service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable
- Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
- Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
- Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
- Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Proven significant experience in fast-paced customer service, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
- Technical Experience is highly beneficial
