Your Role
Join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where your ideas will shape pricing strategy across multiple business units and influence key commercial decisions. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of our pricing transformation for our Dulux Paints & Coatings business.

You will be a tech-savvy professional with strong coding skills and a knack for leveraging technology to enhance pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will be someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and is seen as as a trusted commercial partner and pricing expert.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivers systems ways of working process improvements with respect to day-today management, governance and pricing leakage
- Educates and guides business stakeholders with respect to pricing best practice
- Supports implementation of price increases and new pricing structures across business units
- Delivery of analytical & operational requirements associated with strategic/BAU pricing agenda
- Provides a leadership/SME role on pricing ways of working, systems and technologies across Dulux

- A degree in Commerce, Economics, or CFA qualification
- 5+ years of commercial experience with deep exposure to pricing in B2B and B2C environments
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query) and experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
- A knack for turning complex data into actionable insights and influencing non-finance stakeholders
- A passion for continuous improvement and a sharp eye for identifying pricing opportunities
