8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm - Onsite Only

My client is an Australian owned and operated family business that delivers quality produce to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and canteens across Australia. This company is a market-leading food service provider for the Australian hospitality industry.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external suppliers/customers
• Taking orders & processing invoices from suppliers and customers
• Adhoc administration duties
• Inbound cold calling & client follow ups
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Previous customer service experience (within the food/manufacturing industry preferred)
• Prior experience within a sales driven role
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic Sales knowledge
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
