The Disney+ Partnerships team is responsible for the new business and day-to-day management of external partners to drive Disney+ business objectives; acquisition, retention and engagement. The Senior Partnerships Manager will manage and drive Disney + partnerships growth strategy, lead key account relationships, and oversee the go-to-market execution team.

Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Manage two direct reports including Account Manager and Account Executive. This includes overseeing the implementation of the Go to Market process, workload prioritisation, overall performance and to support their professional growth at The Walt Disney Company.
- Be part of the new business team to acquire new strategic partners, this includes commercial negotiations and development of contract agreements
- Be the main point of contact for key selected partners to effectively drive partnership performance including partnership contract, objectives, plans and executions
- Be the champion of the partner internally and help troubleshoot partners issues
- Best in class go-to-market executions
- Continue to optimise GTM processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with partnerships
- Knowledge of the Australian media & marketing landscape, with experience in partnerships or account management within the industry
- Expert in marketing with a clear understanding of how to maximise channels and the ability to demonstrate go to market marketing execution experience
- Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills at all levels
- Commercially minded with the intent of both parties finding benefit
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal and external parties to drive results
- People management experience with the ability to lead teams to outstanding performance
