About the role
As a Ground Improvement Piling Labourer/Offsider, you will work as part of a collaborative site team to deliver high-quality ground improvement solutions. You will assist in the setup and operation of piling rigs, maintain a safe and clean site, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of piling rigs and associated equipment
• Support daily site operations including material handling, rig movements, and site preparation
• Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality requirements
• Assist with inspections, reporting, and routine maintenance of equipment
• Contribute to a strong safety culture through teamwork and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain site tidiness and organisation

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role within Piling
• Willingness to learn and assist with all aspects of piling and ground improvement works
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding outdoor environment
• Commitment to safe work practices and following instructions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the geotechnical industry
