Business Unit Manager - Primary Care

The Opportunity

ParagonCare Group is a leading provider of equipment and consumables to the scientific and healthcare sectors. We're building an integrated platform that supports hospitals, laboratories, allied health, and veterinary care.

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Business Unit Manager – Primary Care to lead business development, sales, and team performance. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, growing market share, and driving profitability in this high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the sales and marketing strategy for the Primary Care Business Unit.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships to increase market share.
• Work closely with the GM and other business leaders to align on growth plans.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and margin control.
• Support product analysis, pricing strategy, and product alignment to market needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Foster a positive team environment through strong leadership and coaching.
• Represent ParagonCare at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
