We are now seeking our next “superhero” to join the CareSuper team on our exciting journey as we continue to grow and demonstrate that we truly care.
What the role looks like
Reporting to the Change Manager, you’ll support the delivery of change initiatives and be a key contributor in the following areas:
- Partnering with Project/Program Managers to manage expectations, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive business engagement and readiness
- Developing and implementing clear change and communications strategies, including stakeholder and training plans, business handover, and engagement activities
- Supporting end-to-end change activities such as impact assessments, readiness assessments, reporting, communications, training, and hypercare
- Conducting business impact assessments to understand change implications across people, systems, processes, and operations
- Facilitating workshops, briefing sessions, and working closely with business units to define priorities and support change delivery
- Assisting with training logistics and delivery, ensuring employees are prepared for upcoming changes
- Helping embed new processes, systems, and ways of working for a smooth and effective transition
Who are we looking for?
We’re after someone who brings strong change expertise, a collaborative mindset, and thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Proven experience delivering transformational change in superannuation
- Formal qualifications in change management
- Skilled in applying change frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Confident working independently and within teams during ambiguity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication across all levels
- Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities
- Collaborative and adaptable in project-based environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
