How You Can Make a Difference
We’re seeking a highly motivated Process Governance Specialist to join our Technology and Transformation team. This pivotal role blends project management with business analysis to drive process efficiency and ensure successful delivery of IT projects that align with the Heart Foundation’s strategic goals.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Bourke St office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage small to medium internal IT projects from planning to execution.
- Work closely with external vendors - without relying on external PMs - to deliver outcomes.
- Enhance project governance using existing templates and ensure compliance.
- Drive improvements in project reporting and track timelines and SLAs.
- Champion standardisation of project management and governance processes.
- Support UAT and ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
- Assist developing and maintaining training materials, documentation, and training presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and effective change management.
- Support requirements gathering and process mapping as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Education: A degree in IT and/or Project Management is desirable.
- Certifications: PM and/or BA certifications highly regarded.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role involving project governance, business analysis, UAT, and documentation.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with project governance frameworks, business analysis tools, and IT systems in a corporate setting.
- Skills:
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
