Talent Partner – Leisure Portfolio

RACV is seeking a driven and experienced Talent Partner (Leisure Portfolio) to lead end-to-end talent services, coach managers, and secure top talent efficiently and professionally. You'll implement best-practice strategies to help us achieve our business goals.



Your Impact:

In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing advertising, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding. You will partner closely with the business to understand their needs and optimise the coordination between candidates and hiring managers. Furthermore, you will support hiring managers by providing guidance on interview conduct and candidate assessment.



A key aspect of the role involves proactively sourcing passive candidates through various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and seamless onboarding. You will also be responsible for leading talent projects, driving process improvements and building strong stakeholder relationships



Utilising data, you will report on market trends, ensure compliance with legal and onboarding requirements, and identify and implement process efficiencies. Finally, you will contribute to the development of future talent pathways within the organisation.



What You'll Bring:

  • HR or business-related qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years proven full-cycle recruitment experience (essential).
  • Experience with talent AI solutions (desirable).
  • Strong active and passive sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Ability to partner with leadership and build talent pipelines.
  • Expertise in advising on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.
  • Recruitment agency experience (desirable).
  • Proven track record of collaborating with hiring managers and HR.
  • Experience with psychometric assessments (desirable)
