Lead User Experience Researcher

The Network are seeking to fill multiple User Design/Research positions as part of a Digital Identity Uplift Program in Federal Government.

These positions are based in ACT, NSW, QLD but you must hold a minimum AGSVA security clearance.

12 month initial contract with x3 12 month extensions

Who we are looking for:

• Strong background working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams in a large-scale program/s, and proven expertise in collaborating with diverse, cross-functional product teams.
• Extensive experience using a range of user research methods including which ones to use when prioritising speed, versus rigour.
• Demonstrated ability to transform research insights into actionable product or service improvements.
• Proficiency in presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner to a range of stakeholders and decision makers.
