Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, You'll Be The Vital Link Between Our Operations And Our Valued Customers. You’ll Play a Key Part In
- Managing import/export documentation with precision
- Preparing booking reports, cargo manifests, and bills of lading
- Handling tariffs, rates, invoices, and Electronic Delivery Orders (EDOs)
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in all documentation processes
- Resolving issues swiftly while maintaining service excellence
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service within shipping or logistics
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard systems
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to team culture
- Experience in multimodal will be highly desirable
- Booking reports and documentation delivered on time
- 90%+ customer satisfaction rating
- Up to date and accurate documentation and reporting
- 100% compliance with import/export regulatory requirements
- Active participation in team culture and collaboration initiatives
