The Opportunity
The purpose of the Project Supervisor is to safely manage the daily site operations of assigned projects co-ordinating relevant trades to ensure required works as directed by the Project Manager are executed in the required timeframes, on budget and to the required quality levels. The Project Supervisor position is senior supervisory position, and the position is intended to develop personnel through mentoring and training to become Project Managers.

What’s Involved
- Plan daily and weekly task requirements for your team
- Identify potential risks or constraints that will impact task delivery and ensure key stakeholders are consulted
- Assist in the compiling and submission of OQE as required
- Monitor execution of procedures and provide feedback to the QA department to ensure procedures are relevant to tasks being performed
- Coordination of sub-contractors including requesting quotations, raising PO’s and ensuring works conducted according to work specifications
Essential
- Hold a Construction safety induction (white card)
- Trade Qualification in relevant field
- Experience in a supervisor role
- Defence/Commercial experience
- Maintenance Operations â Marine / Ship Repair Experience
