What's on offer?

As a result of continuing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture (P&C) Administrator to join our Coomera Connector Central project based in Helensvale, Queensland. This role is responsible for all aspects of people and culture administration, varying in volume and complexity. This is a busy role that requires a strong customer service orientation, great communication skills and the ability to adapt and be flexible.

You will play a critical role in supporting our P&C team by providing accurate and timely administrative support. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our people processes and support to the business.

Your Contribution

  • Maintenance and management of the HRIS system (Workday), uploading documentation and reporting on key HR metrics.
  • Preparing documentation and managing the full employee life cycle (contract generation, variations, personal documentation, employee terminations).
  • Coordinating the onboarding experience for all new employees.
  • Collating various statistics and supporting with monthly people reports.
  • Management of general queries and assisting with employee engagement programs.

We are seeking a resilient and self-motivated administrator with a passion for People & Culture and an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. You will be able to work autonomously as well as cohesively as part of a team to efficiently manage end-to-end administration tasks, by utilising your intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. Together high attention to detail, you will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build credibility and solid relationships.
