About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, organised and service-focused Front of House Supervisor to support the delivery of events at the Victorian Pride Centre. This hands-on role ensures smooth operations during functions and events, managing everything from coordinating bar service and venue setup, to supervising volunteers, casual staff and contractors. You’ll be a key part of making Australia’s first purpose-built LGBTIQ+ community hub feel welcoming, inclusive and professional for everyone who walks through our doors. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality and event environments and have a passion for community engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
