Calling All OTs - Bring Your Passion to Restorative Care!
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support our Restorative Care Pathway in the beautiful Wide Bay region - with Hervey Bay or Maryborough as your home base (your choice!).

This unique and rewarding opportunity offers true flexibility - full-time or part-time (min. 2 days/week) - with workdays and hours that suit your lifestyle.

In this role, you'll work closely with older Australians to provide care management and hands-on OT interventions that make a real difference. Think home safety assessments, equipment prescription, and empowering clients to live independently through our Restorative Care approach.

Your Role:

  • Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
  • Focus on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
  • Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
  • Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
  • Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $67,393 - $100,244 + 11.5% superannuation.
  • Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
  • Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
  • Equipment: Smartphone, laptop, and specific tools provided.
  • Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.
  • Professional Development: Training opportunities and career advancement.
  • Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid (to eligible employees)

About You:

  • Qualifications: AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Skills: Passion for working with older adults, excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
  • Licence: Current unrestricted driver's licence.
